  • Compulsory eNOC is required from ATCUAE
  • Trade License copy to be submitted 
  • If the vehicle is owned by someone else, so eNOC is required from the original owner
  • The company seeking a Tourism certificate should submit an official letter written in Arabic. 
  • An Arabic translated Memorandum of Association.

  • If the registered vehicle’s number plates are consulate plates, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs should provide an NOC and contact the Customer Happiness Centre—Deira. 
  • Citizens who want to travel in their transportation to any GCC countries do not require an eNOC from the ATCUAE or a Tourism Permit from RTA. However, residents must attain an eNOC from the ACTUAE and a Tourism Certificate from RTA.
